All prices exclude VAT. All purchases are subject to French tax laws.

VAT APPLICATION
VAT is not applied to purchases made outside the European Union.
VAT is not applied to purchases made within the European Union, excluding France, if the VAT number is provided.
VAT is applied to purchases made within in the European Union if the VAT number is not provided.
VAT is applied to all purchases made in France regardless of VAT number.
French VAT is at 19.6%

INVOICE
You will receive an invoice in electronic format via email after your purchase and payment is complete. Please contact us if you need the invoice resent to you.

MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE
If you wish to modify or cancel your purchase, please contact us immediately.
If you wish to make an upgrade after your registration is complete, you may do so by visiting the conference registration page for upgrades or contacting directly the ECSI Office if you do not find the appropriate upgrading option. All cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. Please review the appropriate policy below.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Written requests for refunds must be postmarked or an email sent no later than one week prior to the workshop. Refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee if received by the one week prior date and a 50% processing fee if received after this date. Requests for refunds received the day of the workshop and later will not be honored and all registration fees will be forfeited.

FDL 2012 CONFERENCE - CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Written requests for refunds must be postmarked or an email sent no later than August 31, 2012. Refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee if received by August 31, 2012, and a 50% processing fee if received after this date. Requests for refunds received after the September 11, 2012 postmark date will not be honored and all registration fees will be forfeited.

S4D 2012 CONFERENCE - CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Written requests for refunds must be postmarked or an email sent no later than August 31, 2012. Refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee if received by August 31, 2012, and a 50% processing fee if received after this date. Requests for refunds received after the September 11, 2012 postmark date will not be honored and all registration fees will be forfeited.

DASIP 2012 CONFERENCE - CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Written requests for refunds must be postmarked or an email sent no later than October 5, 2012. Refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee if received by October 5, 2012, and a 50% processing fee if received after this date. Requests for refunds received after the October 15, 2012 postmark date will not be honored and all registration fees will be forfeited.

STUDENT IDENTIFICATION
ECSI requires a copy of valid student identification in order to receive the student discount. Failure to provide this document will result in annulment of your registration and will be considered a cancellation, subject to our cancellation policy. Upon registration, please send a copy of your valid student identification to office [at] ecsi [dot] org. Please contact us if you have any questions about the validity of your identification.
