The Conference on Design and Architectures for Signal and Image Processing DASIP addresses the development of complex applications involving signal, image and control processing based on a new approach called Algorithm-Architecture-Matching, which aims to leverage the design flow by a simultaneous study of both algorithmic and architectural issues, taking into account multiple design constraints, as well as algorithm and architecture optimizations.

The goal of DASIP is to present the latest results in the domain of design and architecture for signal and image processing along several axes: methods and tools; development platforms, architectures and technologies; use-cases and applications as well as smart sensing systems.

The 6th annual DASIP Conference will be organized in Karlsruhe, Germany. Situated in the Rhine valley between the mountains of the Palatinate, the Vosges and the Black Forest, Karlsruhe is a young and hospitable city in the heart of Europe. The Conference includes keynote speeches, contributed paper sessions, poster sessions, and special sessions on timely topics.

This year also features five Special Sessions with the purpose of introducing the DASIP community to relevant hot topics that were not covered by previous editions of the conference.

DASIP Demo Night

We are pleased to present this year, DASIP Demo Night, Tuesday, October 23, 2012, from 7:00pm to 9:30pm. The goal of this event is to present collaborative projects and to show demonstrations (hardware platforms, prototypes, design frameworks, tools…). DASIP Demo Night includes a reception with a casual social environment conducive to friendly discussions and networking. Find out more!
